S&S Landscape Design offers landscape design, hardscape and softscape installation, outdoor living solutions, and irrigation services to residential clients in the West Austin, Texas area. All services are subject to availability, site assessment, and mutual agreement on project scope and pricing.
We offer free initial consultations to discuss your landscaping needs. Estimates provided during consultations are non-binding and subject to change based on site conditions, material costs, design modifications, and project scope changes. A formal proposal or contract will be provided before work begins.
All projects require a signed contract or agreement outlining scope of work, timeline, pricing, and payment terms. Payment schedules will be specified in your project contract. We reserve the right to pause or stop work if payments are not received according to the agreed schedule.
We make every effort to complete projects on schedule. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit requirements, subcontractor schedules, and unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms for plantings, hardscape installations, and irrigation systems will be outlined in your project contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by neglect, improper maintenance, severe weather events, or unauthorized modifications.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, S&S Landscape Design’s liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All landscape designs, plans, drawings, and related materials created by S&S Landscape Design remain our intellectual property until the project is paid in full. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the designs for the agreed-upon project at the specified property.
Cancellation policies and refund terms are specified in your project contract. Generally, deposits may be non-refundable if design work or material procurement has already begun. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any concerns.
By opting in to SMS messages from S&S Landscape Design, you agree to receive text messages for customer support, service updates, and other communications related to your account.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our Services shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised date noted. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
